CRITICAL EVALUATION OF M OWN STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES:
My Grades:
My Strengths:
- Friendly I like to think that I am a friendly person. I always try to be nice to everyone I meet. I think that I am polite and would go out of my way to help other people that need it. - Good at communicating with different people I think that my communication skills have improved a lot over the past year. I have recently started working as a cashier at Nando's. Whilst I am working I serve people at the tills and deliver food to people. I have to make conversation with lots of people on every shift I work, and they are all very different. This job has really helped me grow in confidence and learn how to adapt the way I act and talk to different people. I also have learnt a lot of communication skills through the volunteering job I have done with an autistic charity. Being able to talk to those with additional needs, and their parents/siblings/carers without the needs shows that I am also very adaptable when it comes to talking to people. - Hard Working I like to think that I work hard. I put a lot of time and effort into the work I do, and always try and complete it to a high standard. I will often cancel plans with friends/family to complete work that needs finishing. I spend my evenings and weekends either doing college work, or working at Nando's to earn some money.
My Weaknesses:
- Time Management I do find time management quite a difficult thing, and I know that I have to improve on this. Despite my hard work, I can get carried away and lose track of times and deadlines.
- Takes on too much I think that because I am hard working, I often take on too much work and this leaves me feeling exhausted, grumpy and stressed.
